TRANSLATION SERVICES

The price for the translation is dependent on the level of difficulty (general, specialist) and the time limit (normal, urgent).

The time is counted from the day after the placement of an order.

The standard page equals 1600 typographical characters  including spaces, as indicated by MS WORD ® word processor. Each new page is counted as whole.  

All the prices included in this price list are gross and exclusive of VAT.

We issue receipts.

The pricelist does not constitute an offer in the understanding of the  article 66 para. 1 of the Polish Civil Code.

Normal time limit – up to 5 pages per day.

Foreign language – PL – foreign language from 38 PLN gross / page

Foreign language – PL – foreign language from 42 PLN gross / page

Urgent translation – over 5 pages per day.

-    Translations during public holidays

Foreign language – PL – foreign language from 45 PLN gross / page.
Or established by negotiations.

The above price list concerns the following languages: French, English, Russian and German.
Other languages- prices quoted individually.

Language groups
a) English, French,  German, Russian.
b) Other European languages and Latin.
c) Non-European languages using Latin alphabet.
d)Non-European languages using non-Latin alphabet or ideograms.

General translations include: private correspondence, daily newspaper articles,  curricula vitæ, covering letters, etc.
Specialist translations include: commercial correspondence, websites, specialist articles, contracts, decisions, product datasheets, legal acts, protocols, legal opinions, advertisements, real estate documents etc.

Individual establishment of prices is possible.

The price includes translation, text formatting, proof reading, and burning the file to a CD or printing and sending by  registered post or an e-mail .

The basis for counting the number of pages is the translated document. Upon a request we will provide a free estimate pricing, based on the source text, however the final price will be dependent on the number of pages in the translated text.

The estimation of the pricing of an order is based upon the source text received from the client. If it is impossible for the contractor to view the document, one page of text in MS WORD® shall be counted as two standard pages.

Before the execution of an order, the client will receive an individual offer, which- after the acceptance by the client becomes a consent to execute the order.

After the execution, an invoice, that has to be paid within 14 calendar days after the receipt,  is issued.
